Growth Executive

What you'll do:

Team Artya has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

● Work closely with the Growth team to develop onsite strategy for Artya Marketing Agency

● Own key growth OKRs for specific geographies

● Own onsite calendar and ensure that it aligns with the campaign calendar

● Build, test and execute campaigns on the app

● Lead the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with the design, content and marketing teams

● Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance

● Quality checks the application and ensure there are no errors on the platform

● Work closely with the growth team to maintain / manage onsite tools

● Support onsite team in executing the campaign calendar including key sale events

● Consistently enhance tags & filters on the app

● Quality check the application and ensure there are no errors on the platform

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field

● 1-2 years of overall experience

● 1-2 years experience in e-commerce, digital marketing dashboards & tools is preferred

● Very strong analytical ability and knowledge of advanced excel functionalities

● Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment

● Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills

● History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done

● Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
